Cozy Jacket with Straps from Scratch. Made in Blender. Comes with 7 different textures. 2 base colors for easy editing (White and Black). The metal bits have a separate material but can easily be edited in Blender into one material if it pleases.

Rigged and fitted to my edit of Pandaabear's Female Base
